The “MOUTH” – King of Spin Recognizes VALUE

My, Oh my; all of a sudden the self-anointed guru of Oil Services is telling you to SELL VALUE because of irrational markets. It is now too late to take the 1999 tax deduction, so according to the MOUTH you should dump such value plays as GIFI, UFAB, FGH and other fabs so he can pick them up for pennies on the dollar and after they multiply in price he can belatedly claim that he bought at the bottom . But, that will be okay because when he makes the extraordinary claim of profits, it will be followed by >VBG< and/or Sheep are to be shorn!

Slider: “When markets behave irrationally both to the upside and the downside - get out !

The market is acting totally irrationally to both the upside and the downside here. They are totally ignoring fundamentals and the numbers, or value; simultaneously on the upside for the stocks & sectors that have the momenteum and also to the downside for those like the Oilpatch that do not...

You can not fight, or win against irrationality in either direction. Maybe that's why everyone is riding this wave up and no one is willing to get off yet ?”

I suppose I really should capitulate since the mighty sage of Oil Service has spoken. Here's hoping the sheep heed his timely words. I raised some cash Monday and I'm still looking for undervalued bargains the intellectual elitists on this august forum seem to scorn. >g<

Tell the truth Slider (it's not really difficult and doesn't require a good memory), what are you really BUYING TODAY? >g<

This was of course all said in jest with ‘tongue in cheek' because (“I am green with envy”)*! Ha! another: >g<

*Note: One of Slider's favorite attack phrases when someone disagrees with him. >VBG<

Needless to say: I do not share the views of the questionable Prophet of Profit. >g< (more tongue in cheek)
