Hello Peter and your welcome. Actually, and this sounds awfully miserable, but, its always lousy on the tundra. In the winter you freez your face off or have it blown off. In the spring your always wet from overheating or sinking in the snow which will no longer support your weight. In the summer your either eaten alive or reeking of deat. In the fall your groping around trying not to trip on something because its so dark you can't see where your going. (no snow to reflect the light and little sun). What a great place to live. I love it! Yk is worse in April! All the road ice is melting leaving the dust to blow around for three weeks. Everyone breaths through their teeth and sneezes their heads off for the month of April. No rain usually until early to mid May. I love it! Any jobs down there? Glad you found the post interesting. Regards
