PRN Rexall Sundown Named Licensee of Pokemon(TM) for Children's

BOCA RATON, Fla., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Rexall Sundown, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RXSD) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with
Nintendo of America Inc., to manufacture and distribute a line of Pokemon(TM)
children's vitamins and nutritional supplements in the United States, Canada
and Puerto Rico. This agreement was orchestrated by Nintendo of America's
licensing agent Leisure Concepts, Inc., the licensing division of 4Kids
Entertainment Inc. (Nasdaq: KIDE). Marketed under its Sundown Vitamins(R)
brand, America's #1 selling supplement brand in food, drug and mass
merchandisers across the country, these chewable vitamins will be available
early next year and feature three superior and scientifically advanced
formulas designed to support children's individual nutritional needs.
