Institutions each in turn and make the deal which has then to be registered. They do not go thru the M&M. The whole thing will show up near close.

The agent is not interested in going after small trades & locking up cash for a long time with a big risk. Instead they rely on big volume with little risks and they do it in
a big swipe not piece meal thru the M&M.
