Doug: so if i understand you, if a large (and i mean large) block of shares is executed near the close, that indicates that the deal is around the corner?

I was in FORE and XYLN and saw no such activity prior to their announcements.

I'm not questioning your accuracy, I'm just trying to understand what signs to look for. As far as I am concerned, the constants stream of shares at tighter and tighter trading ranges is a great sign for NN.
