Rick,

If everybody remembers a post I wrote a while back, I spoke of the possible problems PRLN could encounter if the FDA doesn't approve of the claims they make in trying to market AndroVir. This appears to be what has happened. I don't think the FDA would object if PRLN marketed AndroVir merely as a dietary supplement with no further claim than "makes you feel better". However, they don't have the clinical data to market as a cure for AIDS. On the plus side, the word is already out anyway, as Paul mentioned. I think this is what he's been alluding to when he said they would market by word of mouth. The AIDS community will already know the real purpose of AndroVir regardless of how it's actually marketed. As Rick M. pointed out, this still doesn't prevent them from selling overseas. In fact, I ran accross a strange usenet post written in Finish awhile back that specifically mentioned "Paracelsian Inc." but since it was written in Finish that was all I could make out. The point is, there are people in Europe who are already aware of PRLN and it's products. Hopefully, the FDA will remove their claws from PRLN without drawing too much blood so they can get on with it. I know I said I'd sell if they missed thier May deadline but at this price, what's the point?

Hank
