voop agree. Microsoft/Ericsson is a marriage arranged in hell - the devil's doing. (Except I don't think either of the latter exist - but what the h.... ) MSFT has no repeat no advantages in this. Ericsson has none either. They are both big - period. Fast, agile - noway, nohow. And the culture clash. Wish I could see them "cooperating" up close. Should be a laugh riot. As the old saying goes, "not to worry" - at least the leaders in the wireless/internet nexus have nothing to worry about from this pair. And actually expect them to be handcapped by trying to work together. A sort of lose/lose combination of losers. All just IMO of course. But based on a bit of knowledge. Chaz
