This is why JDSU tanked. This is from CBS Market Watch. Some insider selling. The Street.com article is irrelevant. Pure speculation one whether ETEk/SDLI will merge. However, GLW's aquistion and expansion plans is a plus, BECAUSE JDSU supplies GLW with several components. This was mentioned by KK some time ago, in a conference call.
