Total Entertainment to Become a Fully Reporting Company
MONTREAL, Dec 08, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Total Entertainment Inc., (OTCBB:TTLN) today announced that it will file a Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, (SEC) to become a fully reporting company with the SEC under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Total Entertainment Inc.'s auditor is Grant Thornton LLC., New York, N.Y., and its corporate and securities counsel is Sadis & Goldberg, LCC. New York N.Y.
The Form 10-SB filing will establish a public file containing material financial and business information on the company for use by investors, and also upon its effectiveness, will obligate the company to keep such public information current by filing periodic reports on Forms 10-QSB (Quarterly Report) and 10-KSB ( Annual Report), and for certain current events.
The company's Form 10-SB filing is subject to SEC review and comments.
Audited financial statements for year-end 1997and year-end 1998, (and unaudited) first, second, and third quarter 1999 financial statements will be included in the Form 10-SB filing.
