Float is 2.2M per Market Guide. Shares outstanding is 7.64M. Interesting, that Reuters says shares outstanding is 9.2M. One sixth of the float bought back is interesting. Can't think of a past buyback of stock with such a small float and sharesout. Anybody? I like to see how a similar stock did after such an announcement. Perfumania, which said the timing of the purchases will be at the discretion of the company, has about 9.2 million shares outstanding.
