This will take time for everyone to absorb. The first question will be how a company, whose stock has been trading for 2 to 3 bucks a share, can sell a piece of itself for $5 a share.

Clearly, AMMB was in a highly oversold position due to bad management of news and associated delays in closing this deal. Like mr. beer on the yahoo thread says, it will take some time for the street to appreciate this.

We've waited most of the year for this, a little while longer is no big deal.
