It really is beyond me, given the volatility last time and the consequences of speculation, why didn't the company request a Trading Halt part way through the day. Would this have been possible? Doing it very quietly would have made it fair to everyone holding shares. If they partially or fully pass, it won't matter tomorrow except to those that sold, but if they fail then this is totally unnecessary and not fair to many. I sure hope they pass.
