Then we must agree to disagree. The company as far as I know has no plans to split at this time. If they should decide to split the stock in the future they would probably wait to get the approval at the next shareholder meeting. From the JP Morgan report...Armed with cash from a recent follow-on offering and a valuable stock currency, we expect SDL to make multiple strategic acquisitions in the coming year. kat
