Having watched the carnage on Level II the last half hour, I can assure you this may have been triggered by a few 5k blocks, but 80 - 90% of all trades were less than 1k untill the low 20s, where some large 20 - 25k blocks went off.

As a result of the small trades going off, I placed a market order in at around 22 and got filled at 23 1/4...imagine that.

Sure looked like uninformed panic and stop loss triggers to me.
