Paul,

I know that IWMSF is the symbol Schwab uses to identify the stock, but it is definitely not an OTC-BB stock. I seem to recall that when I call Schwab to buy a Canadian stock, they refer to it as buying "over the counter," but that doesn't mean it's an OTC-BB stock. (And I've also discovered that CIC and IW can both be traded on the web with Schwab using those 5 character symbols.)
