Well they make rapid prototyping products. Think of it as a 3-d printer. You make your model on the computer and presto chango a 3-d model comes out. There are a number of competitors with differing methods of creating the product and with different end materials, 3-d Systems(TDSC) comes to mind. Stratasys uses a head that squirts out liquified plastic and the head rasters across to build up the model. Its primary advantage, as far as I can tell is that it does not use any dangerous chemicals and can be used in an office setting. As far as a cell phone goes, well they could make the body but that's about it.
