Well the ol' "sell on the news", may not apply here. Great numbers considering the dilution and all. Lots of cash on hand. Will have to review the statements related to the secondary to see what they have planned to do with all the cash. Nice indication that inventories were very low considering the $56M in sales (maybe too low?).

I certain remain very bullish. The IBM deal will start generating $$ "before June", according to an article out of VAR(something) mag. It stated that the new tape format is a "leap in technology" over DLT. Sounds like a great product to offer and working with IBM should make many companies interested in the latest.

OEM sales were up nicely and projected to increase again (even outside of IBM, IMHO).

Taking some profits off the table is always a nice thing to do. Cash is certainly not trash. Maybe after 30 days, a lower re-entry point will happen. I am holding my small position and riding this stock a while longer (and HIGHER!). I do not see many dark spots on this gem.

I have amazed at the ADIC price movements over the last weeks, w/o much real news. I did, at one point, read on SI about a day trader who loved ADIC.

OT-The other day the WSJ had an article on two day traders who only trade in one stock each(Yahoo and CMGI). Sometimes just THEIR trading amounted to 10-20% of the total Daily volume. AMAZING! Basicially trying to see what the MM's are doing and profiting off that. Talk about nerve racking. Up $2K one minute, then down $5K and hour or two later.

Long ADIC
