My guess is that the flow thru partnership that bought shares a few years ago is selling to look better at y/e or for tax loss utilization but somebody seems to want the shares. It would be a nice present to get a positive decision on the ruling prior to Christmas. Only problem is I understand there isn't much in the way of drilling rigs so timing of drilling may be in question.
