Ron,

As I see it, the MM's moved the price down on low volume--the last 11,500 shares traded today. Anytime I see that type of action--I have a tendency to get very suspicious. I have had occasion in the past to witness stock prices dropping suddenly on low volume, and within a very short time the beginning of a run upwards. Very seasoned traders always refer to that being a tactic of the MM's to free up some cheap shares. The last trade today was a 5K sell at 3:58PM, right before the close. The last 5 trades today created 3 downticks--somewhat unusual after we had a very large volume of trading that didn't change the Bid and Ask--then on only 11,500 shares the price dropped 3 times. The last 5 trades showed as -==--.
