Tom, I think I've finally discovered where you are really making your money. Actually not...try here... bcbsm.com 3 years ago...I was out drinking a beer on the ole John Deere..booze cruising the woods when I stumbled upon my new neighbor who my little brother had just sold land to. Seems he was this over educated doctorate college professor type with a background in computer science and 30 something years old. He went on to tell me all about what he did, and where he had been...and how super smart he was. Egghead par excellance. I just looked over into his yard, a pretty green yard that I had put in for him that spring with my machinery...and said...looky here. I jumped down off the tractor and riped a clump of sod right out of the tractors path...picked in the roots and grabed a Jap Beetle Grub and said, "if you don't kill these they will eat all your grass" Postured him...with my intelligence. I was digging..literally. Hummmm... Then one thing led to another and I said if you are so super smart why are you taking a professor job for 30k a year? His answer was a God Send...he said, "because all the good vertical software markets have been taken and there is no niche that I can see." NO DREAM, I figured. I closed it by saying "I know one" Naturally I got a "what is it?" I said come to my office on Monday and I'll tell ya. Well he did, and before I told him I had drawn a partnership agreement...him and me. When he came into the office it was "so what is it"...I said sign and I'll tell ya, if you don't like it tear it up and it's over. He did, I told him...three years have passed...he completed the idea into software form in 3 weeks alpha. Come to find out now that Blue Cross has spent 2 years at least and 2.5 to 3 Million to duplicate what he has already done and can't do it. Kinda Like the CKFR/Transpoint situation we all have experienced. Well, to answer your question...we got a 7 Billion Dollar Colosis by the Nuts, not just in Michigan, but in America. That's where. Figuring it this way...if they can't do what he did, that I thought of in 2 years with 3 Million dollars and 8,000 employees to pick from...well? And it's working. ie...I'd a taken a lot less until they put their cards on the table, forehead. How many shares of CKFR can you get for 5 Million bucks? I just can't lose for winning. That's a dream I can work with.
