Chuca,

I think your post requires clarification.

Some of you may remember John Cameron Swazey as the guy picking a certain watch off the propeller of a boat holding it up to the camera to show the second hand still moving and saying, "It takes a licking and keeps on ticking."

This watch of course was analog and required only a spring mechanism as it's source of power therefore IMHO it wouldn't seem likely that Mr. Swayze would be competent to enlighten us on the issue of power generation in felines. Paradoxically, his philosophy of "it takes a licking" seems appropriate to the issue of irritating cats.

Another complicating issue is that Mr. Swayze has passed away and will himself no longer tick nor lick.

Perhaps ominously, no one from PETA attended his funeral.

Regards, Edscharp
