NASDAQ, NEWS, MARKET TIMING, ETC. cti has reached vitually all of the requirements for nasdaq small cap already. why no hoopla? because i assume they are going for large cap. they just need to receive money from mexico sales, hit a bid of $5 (guaranteed within the next month and then we are off to the races. my bet is that we are nasdaq by end of Q1. there are enough things in the pipeline that now is a great time to start buying. no brainer. whenever cti hits a peak, then backs off, the MM's and shorts drive it down giving a "buying opportunity." it is happening right now new investors--so start buying and then dollar cost average in over the next 1-2 weeks. i am assumiing that cti has almost all of their trials done by now. they will PROBABLY start looking over everything and start preparing for submission. it could take 2-3 months to shine everything up to go in front of the big boys. every day that goes by, every time the stock drops, it just means that the rally will be even stronger when it happens. peter if i were you i would buy over the next 1-2 weeks and then hang on. we will rally and base, rally and base. the stock was a bit overbought (temporarily at $5) but is now shifting into being underbought. if you are lucky you will get it at 3.50, if you are blessed you will get it at 3.00, if god loves you look for 2.50, if Y2K ends the world as we know if you will find coii at 2.00. i am in at .70 and still hold 94% of my original position. curtis curtis
