Doc,
You maybe right on the price target, but if MSFt and DOJ
reach an agreement. The window 2000 will give a pop to the
stock but would alone be sufficent for a 60 dollars price increase! I can only hope so.

When to buy and if to buy? I beleive it will be more dangerous to be out of MSFT than in it. If, and I say if the DOJ and MSFT announce a agreement after clsoing or over the weekend, this stock could open with a 30 to 50 dollars pop!
If out of MSFT you have lost your chance.
I am invested both in SUNW and MSFT. I have done real well
in both. I am dedicated, however, to see my money works. If
One stock doesn't perform, I will look for greeener pasture.
I did it with MOTorola after 20 years. I sold out and switched over to Errciy, Nokia. It is question of money and
not brand loyatly.

I hope MSFT will do the right think and BG will not piss his fortune enough in a long series of litigations. So, there may be some agreement by no later than mid-Jan.
