if you look at total volume after 4pm, we are talking at least 250k. Could be that someone who initiated sell was buying after 4pm.

Interesting, according to Quote.com, the volume hit just short of 270,000 shares during the final 10 minutes of trading, which is quite close to the 250,000 after hours figure you quote.

I think many here will agree here that this quick & significant fallove during the final 10 minutes of trading is very suspicious. Moreover, I find it highly unlikely that ALL modems failed certification.

It is not unreasonable for one to conclude that this "market reaction" was intentionally orchestrated during the final minutes of trading when there would be little opportunity to react with anything but fear & haste.

My gut tells me that odds are what we witnessed today was more likely purposeful manipulation rather than rationale reaction to any insider news. JMO.
