On the surface, I would suspect that Ask Jeeves may be about to do a PP with Answers.com and ultimately take a partial ownership position on an IPO. They are certainly not just " being nice to each other ". This will be interesting as the "talks" evolve and word leaks out as to the direction they are taking. Let's face it, Ask Jeeves would normally not "need" Answers.com, so something has piqued their interest. I can only see good things here. No need to put a positive spin on this one, its a given. C
