I think that over the term that I am planning on holding this stock that this point is moot. We will be on the Nasdaq at some point over the next 6 months anyway. Perhaps what the broker was describing was the policy of the firm and not SEC regulations. Had a longish chat with Hamish Grieg yesterday, one of the IR guys for IW. Owning this stock is like having a girlfriend that becomes more ravishingly beautiful with each passing minute. Gotta love it! 2 1/2 hours til market open...
