<<This should be a win win no matter what the outcome.>>

I'm still excited about the Norwegian smelter option, not a smelter but as a reminder to myself that NAR could make it with or without SYSCO. i.e. it would be in Nova Scotia's best interest to make the expansion at SYSCO to accomodate the Shubie Sands (even in the face of protests from naysayers who think that Sysco has not been mordenized) with the participation of the new owners. Failing that the location of the project close to tidewater would make shipping the concentrate to anywhere in the world quite a viable option. I have heard that it is cheaper to bulk ship to Brazil and China than to move overland to Central Canada.

So I remain hopeful that NAR would see fit to make investors aware that the fate of its stock does not rest on the fate of SYSCO (I know that I for one may have assumes this) and saw the stock as an option or warrant facing a time crunch. Doing so would/could get NAR back up to where is was just recently.
