Web, there's a report on Business Center on CNBC last night about online sales which are estimated to double to $6 B this year. Another $5 to $7 B were lost because of poor customer support among other factors such as slow site speed. It went on to say a good portion of money being spent on advertising will be diverted to beefing up merchants' online customer support. This area will get more and more attention during and after this busy Xmas season. ESHR is well positioned to capture the market share and grow rapidly next year. Regards, Tom
