Hear, hear. I'm surprised at the number of people in SI who hold managers personably responsible for having bought overvalued stock.

You cannot ask more from management apart from steadily increasing sales (year to year). If the sales increase and the stock falls then in all likelihood it was overvalued (see IOM at $50, PASW at $25, NSCP at $80, Corel at $20, you name it).

As with Zigle, I would not buy over $10, but I would _hold_ all the way to $15 (figures subject to change with good/bad news).
