Tim,

Are you strictly in NN for a buyout? I am wondering whether it's going to make a move up in anticipation of this or if it will hold its value until an announcement. With no other upside than a buyout and Y2K approaching, the downside risk could be large and it may be better to wait for a pullback to buy shares.

Any thoughts?
