Problem with NN, Matthews is "desperate" to sell. There are concerns that if the company is not sold, they may not be able to make it on their own. You're not going to get a premium unless someone wants to buy you. NN is aggressively trying to find a buyer for their ATM technology which LU is developing (and others) on their own that may surpass NN. Desperate companies don't get the nice premiums. I would be concerned about NN. CS, on-the-other-hand, if not bought out, is fundamentally strong. They sold a division for $billion, they are profitable, they are promoting their company, their earnings look positive for Dec. 20th. CS is a safe play, takeover or not.

If NN is not bought, NN could see the teens again. I personally would be careful with NN.
