My 2nd day on Q Charts & I open it up & get Zero! Don't understand at all how to navigate around this program-no one ever answers the phone at Q Charts. I find the help instructions cryptic... Printed them all out... I can't even get one chart up much less all the other features. I am new to the PC which is not helping at all,since I know I saved l yesterday's workplace, but have no idea how to access it or where/ Feeling pretty desperate...
