The company needs to come out, and say how long the inquiry is expected to last...to help lift (its going to take while) the cloud of uncertainty..

Also, how often do these sorts of things take place...if it is "not a big deal"..they need to make that clearer to the Street...Right now, the Street is treating this as harsh (or harsher) than Cedent....and, in that case, we all know what happened (fraud, etc.)/What IS comforting (even with the drop today) is that nothing has been found...after 2 months, if something was really rotten, one would think that it would have been uncovered by now...Cedent cracked pretty quick once (someone) actually looked....

I wish, though, Koslowski would have announced this after the close...and supplied information to soften the "sensationalist" nature of the news....the financial channels are having a field day (doing nothing to explain the meaning of an "informal" inquiry)/
