BGR, I'm not sure we are going to make much headway in this discussion, but this is how I see it. Suppose I'm eating 10 bacon cheeseburgers a day, but playing a lot of tennis. I may not gain any weight, but my arteries could be clogging badly for years without any symptoms. I will never know what bad shape I'm in if all I do is measure my health by my weight. Or, suppose the scale I am using is broken (CPI?) and I am gaining weight but the doctor doesn't know it. I agree that it is difficult for anyone to look at any area of the economy and make these judgments. That's why I'm generally for free markets. I just don't consider what AG.com does to be a free market activity so it is prone to extreme error. Wayne
