Fair enough....but let's face facts, many (most) shareholders need to be explained every facet of that process IMMEDIATELY...otherwise, shareholders are going to feel worse than they already do...

I keep focusing on the fact that (it seems incredible) that there could be something here...given how long this has dragged out....someone should have found something (someone would have resigned...something) by now...

So, either this is a huge overreaction...or we are all dupes....at 25 a share, the issue certainly gets clearer..

Can anyone think of an "accounting issues" case (not fraud) where a company (stock) was punished so hard (for so long) without proof....I can't...
