ProNetLink.com Signs Sales & Development Contract with Monterey Bay
International Trade Association

Deal Marks Beginning of ProNetLink's US Market Sales Initiative in Top 10 Global Import/Export Market

NEW YORK, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink.com (OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK), the Global Trade Internetwork(TM), today announced that the company has finalized a sales and development agreement with the Monterey Bay International Trade Association (MBITA), a non-profit international trade association dedicated to promoting international trade and business networking throughout California. The agreement marks the first domestic sales and development contract for ProNetLink.com, having focused its previous efforts on establishing a brand identity and sales presence in major trading markets around the world such as Israel, Ireland, Indonesia and Russia.

Under the terms of the agreement, MBITA will actively promote ProNetLink.com to member organizations and all California trade associations through a series of marketing initiatives. Additionally, MBITA will enhance ProNetLink.com's member support services, offering industry-specific expertise including:

-- Market planning
-- Credit ratings and company profiles of prospective trading partners
-- Presence at domestic and foreign trade shows
-- Identifying qualified foreign buyers
-- Access to funds for foreign marketing using support services through 230 domestic and international Foreign Commercial Service (FCS) posts
-- Access to business opportunities from international multilateral
development banks
-- International debt collection

MBITA will also co-develop programming for PNL-TV (www.PNLTV.com),
ProNetLink's international trade news broadcast network, and provide region-specific content for the ProNetLink.com Web site.

"California represents the seventh largest import/export market in the world," commented Glenn Zagoren, chairman of ProNetLink.com. "Our agreement with the Monterey Bay International Trade Association will allow us to enter a vital domestic market with the added credibility of an established and respected professional association. Additionally, as the start of our domestic marketing campaign, we feel that an alliance with MBITA gives us an excellent opportunity to expand the profile and reach of the ProNetLink.com brand."

MBITA is a BAYTRADE partner (http://tradeport.org) and is funded by a grant from the Economic Development Administration (EDA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce as part of the National Export Strategy. BAYTRADE is the unprecedented public/private partnership export promotion model program that was initiated and guided by the late Secretary of Commerce, Ron Brown.

As a member of BAYTRADE, MBITA is also a member of the CalTrade Coalition, which has helped produce over $500 million in new-to-market exports in the past five years for businesses throughout California.

"We have been following the progress of ProNetLink.com since their Global Trade Conference at the United Nations in September and felt the time was right to move forward on a sales & development agreement with the company," noted Tony Livoti, director of MBITA. "The future of global trade is the Internet and by partnering with ProNetLink.com, we give our members access to what we feel is the best international trade hub on the Web today."

Founded in 1987 to promote international business and trade in the Santa Cruz, Monterey and Salinas area, MBITA is directed by experienced leaders in global trade, who understand the innovative methods of international business development.
