I am not talking about a printed, sent to me nice manual here - that would be nice, however - but a good, solid, online manual I could print out which cover the program's abilities, had a good "start here" type format and a search ability so that when I wanted to know something I could go to it. But, like the quality of the data, all Qcharts seemed to be interested in was it's fancy software - "look at all the fancy things we can do". Just because the data you are looking at was wrong didn't seem to have a very big priority and customer service has always been so far down the list as to not even be usable. But they have got what they wanted - a lot of money in their pockets. Maybe now the new management will run it like a real company. jb
