DownSouth: Perhaps this is an initiative by the Q to counter just what you report re MS Outlook.

Suggest that Eudora has a huge base of satisfied customers. And the advertising idea is powerful - especially the careful way the Q is going about it. Very very smart IMO.

And since can be free and is a fine system, MSFT may find that it is difficult to stamp out.

And

Remember the Q is positioning itself right at the wireless/internet nexus. This is the embryo internet (wire) end.

Look for Eudora to be "enhanced" - with high quality additions and soon.

No way, repeat, no way should or would the Q sell the internet (wire) end of the wireless/internet (wire) nexus. It will build up the internet (wire) end to facilitate its shaking hands with wireless CDMA by the Q.

All just IMO of course. But based on a bit of knowledge.
