All: What is the deal. This stock hit 41 on pure speculation. The adv. board gave it a 9-0 approval and it only trades up 1pt. I just don't get it. I thought this stock was really going to move (10-15 pts.) on this news. Lots of volume and very little movement. Please advise. Doug Kaiser
