The Goldmen criminal enterprise is accused of manipulating the stocks of 10 small companies, among them two companies tied to the defunct Stadium Naples golf arena project.

Not sure if this is related, but I've been told that Chalem and Joe Logan were working on a deal involving a "tennis center" in early 1998 in Florida. The two were using a South African/Isreali go-between named Howard Ash, who was a friend of Mark Palestine.
