I'm taking my significant other out today for a date to visit one of our 'financial advisors'. That's sort of like a trip to the reptile zoo. Does that count<g>? When I want to visit another plane, I go listen to Albert Lee, the thin little English guy who looks like a computer geek but instead is one of the top guitar monsters of the last 30 years. He's bicoastal (Nashville & L.A.) and either headlines or sits in at many L.A.-area gigs in tiny SRO clubs where the problem is getting enough space to breathe. He's another guaranteed meltdown, my favorite. (Not to be confused with the former Alvin Lee of the former Ten Years After<g>). --QS
