Anyone that got Schwab to answer the phone was lucky. I waited over 1/2 hour on three different occasions and talked with noboby. Does any one have information on other brokers that handle IPO's ? I can't beleive the service is this bad everywhere. Does anyone ever get any IPO's??? I'm 0 for 3. I recently switched several accounts to Schwab but I am beginning to think I made a mistake. I'm paying higher commissions and still getting bad service.
