Talk Visual Corporation chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today
that the company has signed a letter of intent with Universal Express
Inc, of Plainview NY, in relation to a $52 million Joint Venture
Agreement. Full details of the program will be formally announced at a
planned Press Conference to be held in New York City next week on
Thursday December 16th at 11am.
