Jay, one way to check on DLGC's position with the VAR channel would be to ask at the annual meeting about their recently announced training center. If the training center is running at capacity, and there is demand to be trained in using Dialogic building blocks, then it would be reasonable to conclude that resellers are investing in training their staff for DLGC products and intend to buy and use them.

Additional questions might also be helpful: 1) What training programs are operating? 2) What relative demand exists in training for low-density, high-density, DM3, I-net telephony. 3) What capacity is there? How many can be trained per month? How many companies have participated? Has there been registration from Asia and Europe? And so on. I look forward to your report -:)
