Th only rationale I used was MNTX has 700K LUMM and PICA owns 1,000,000 LUMM + 20% ownership MNTX, plus further NAV that covers off the investment with ease. PICA is supposed to be taken off CDN OTC and moved to CDNX Venture, where there is no immediate plans for MNTX to move from OTC the Chief
