CT: It sure acts like one. Looks like consumer harm to me. In fact they used to cut me off when I was using MSIM and talking to my kids who were on AIM. Big time harm. They are trying to force me to go to their AIM by monopolizing their customers lines of chat communication. Not good. JFD
