Jackson partners - nobody has heard of them - not that their downgrade matters a lot - Today morning PMTC was up $ 1 - then a big wave of tech. sell-offs came - Nasdaq went from +60+ to -60, and after 3:30 P.M it has reverted to + 9. So PMTC is following all that and not Jackson Partners. Tomorrow producer price index data comes out - if that is benign and indicates minimal inflation, then Nasdaq may touch 4000 by year end! Then PMTC may go to $ 30+.
