chuzz...re: "no connection between corporate performance and remuneration" sounds like a government job.... agree totally, at what point are the stock options deemed excess? i can grasp the concept of an esop, but the option scenario at some point in time may prove counterproductive to the shareholders who in essence have granted the ability so as to afford the employee perks. i am a firm believer in incentives solely on the basis of performance. thanks as always your keen and concise reply! ed a.
