maybe i am crazy, but did't fore's sales go up 68% over last years quarter.. and didn't fore just enter into some potentially rewarding agreements with HP and Microsoft... didn't they just come out with a "cheaper" ethernet alternative? (for desktop mostly). and aren't most networking stocks under pressure right now.. not just fore.. maybe i am missing something here but am i the only one seeing panic selling (unreasonable) going on in this stock? as far as atm going away.. how could that happen after fore is dealing with over 4,000 customers already? why are we "fore followers" getting so scared? i will admit i feel it at times also lately, but is it justified? and can anyone tell me.. how realistic is the possibility of fore being bought? if the ceo is sending letters to all employees saying the co. will not be bought, why am i still hearing these rumors? isn't atm already being integrated into some important companies networking needs? why would it just "disappear"? and finally.. aren't analysts "predictions" made only to be constantly revised? the way some people are talking it sounds like bankruptcy is right around the corner. as far a fore being a single product co. is that really true given it's latest moves with microsoft and others. isn't fore also involved in ethernet to some degree? boy do i have alot of questions.. this is my first time on line here, so set me straight.. what am i missing? if you haven't guessed by now.. yes! i am long fore!
