If I felt as you do about company, program or service, I would leave them, with no comments, just find me a service that met my needs.

I would hope it wouldn't take you hours to figure out how to setup the program and the tools available. I agree they could make it easy and have a downloadable manual to reduce the time to print it from the web, page by page. of course you can be selective as to what pages you print.

I am definitely one of those "no problem" users. Been one since last January. I just dropped my backup Sat. vendor, didn't need or use them any more.

Instead of just complaining, why not just ask the topic for help on those features you don't understand and can't find in on-line help. I bet you would get quicker results.

As for data and connections, I can't be any help, I haven't had any real problems.
